Banana Chia Pudding


INGREDIENTS

3 table spoons chia seeds

½ cup coconut milk

1  tablespoon honey or agave nectar


1 banana or other fruit of preference

DIRECTIONS

1.      Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey/agave nectar together in a small bowl or in a mason jar. Let it set in refrigerator overnight.

2.     Remove it from the fridge, top with fresh fruit, and enjoy!
